URBAN NEWS: Timbaland Joins Madonna, ABBA and The Beatles

Super-producer Timbaland has joined some elite company this week, as he simultaneously holds the number one and number two positions on the Motorolla Aria Single Chart.

The singles Apologize featuring OneRepublic and The Way I Are with Keri Hilson have placed him in the company of legendary music acts Madonna, ABBA and The Beatles, who also had the disctinction of holding the top two spots on the Australian music chart.

Adding to that landmark achievement, Apologize now also holds the record of the most downloaded track of the week by nearly 25%, a record last achieved by Snow Patrol's single Chasing Cars.

The platinum-selling Timbaland Presents: Shock Value has also reached a new peak, moving up to number four on the Motorolla Aria Album Chart.
