Hip Hop superstar Snoop Dogg and athletic company Cutter Gloves recently teamed up during the annual All-Conference Championship for the Snoop Youth Football League (SYFL) to honor the most outstanding football players and cheerleaders in the league.
The league comprises of 60 football teams as well as cheer squads for males and females between the ages of 7 and 13. This years game took place at the Home Depot in Carson, California on December 2.
The honorees are determined by their academic success, character and sportsmanship. They are also required to submit an essay detailing the positive attributes and skills they learned during their time in the SYFL. Snoop himself was on-hand to honor the athletes, with four grand prize winners receiving laptop computers, while the runners-up were awarded gift bags.
