TOUR NEWS: Tech N9ne & Kottonmouth Kings - Strange Noize Tour

Kansas City Hip Hop heavyweight Tech N9ne will be teaming up with California hybrid act Kottonmouth Kings once again for the 2008 Strange Noize Festival.

"The first tour was a wild and crazy party -- the second one is gonna be a madhouse," Tech N9ne said excitedly. "I can't wait to get back on tour with my family. I hope we keep doing these because they're off the chain!"

The innaugral Strange Noize music festival took place in summer 2007, becoming a hot ticket for music fans looking for something a little different. Taking in over 40 sold out dates across the U.S., the tour united talent from two of the biggest independent record labels in the country, Suburban Noize and Strange Music.

Both acts are also working on new material. Kottonmouth Kings are close to completing their tenth studio album, The Green Album, which is due out in fall 2008 through their own Suburban Noize Records imprint. Meanwhile, Tech N9ne is preparing the new album Killer, the follow-up to his popular Everready (The Religion), which is due out on July 1 through Strange Music. The album will feature a diverse selection of guests including Ice Cube, Scarface, Mistah F.A.B, Paul Wall, Dirtball and Kottonmouth Kings.
