Flo Rida's Low continues to reign supreme on the Billboard Hot 100 for a fifth week, and also inches into the top 10 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs for the first time with a 12-10 climb. It is also No. 1 on the Rhythmic Airplay and Hot Rap Songs charts.

Low isn't really being challenged by the tracks at Nos. 2 and 3 on the Hot 100; Alicia Keys' No One and Timbaland's Apologize featuring OneRepublic remain in those positions for a third consecutive week.

But there's a new contender for the crown in the form of Chris Brown's With You, which rises 6-4 and is both the fastest growing track at digital outlets and at radio. The song sold 100,000 downloads, prompting a 9-2 jump on Hot Digital Songs.

Fergie's Clumsy rests at No. 5 on the Hot 100, as another Brown song, Kiss Kiss featuring T-Pain, drops 4-6 and Rihanna's Don't Stop the Music lurches 13-7, her seventh top 10 on the chart. Sean Kingston's Take You There is up 10-8, while Finger Eleven's Paralyzer drops 7-9. Sara Bareilles' Love Song rounds out the top 10 as it moves 11-10.
