HIP HOP NEWS: M-Phazes On The Grind

Melbourne-bred producer M-Phazes took out the top score at New York based producer competition Beast of the Beats from the legendary Pete Rock.

Phazes has also recently been working on tracks with celebrated MC Pharoahe Monch and the legendary duo Heltah Skeltah (Sean Price and Rock), along with Dipset member 40 Cal and U.S. superstar Amerie (known for her 2005 hit track 1 Thing).

He has also been working on a number of other collaborative projects that have attained international success including a single with Bekay that dominated the U.S. College Radio Charts at # 1 in May, and again at # 1 in June with Perfect Timing featuring CL Smooth & Skyzoo.

M-Phazes is also releasing an LP on the Grindin’ label, which is out NOW.
