DVD RELEASE: Mike Jones - The American Dream

In 2005 the question Who Is Mike Jones? was answered, now some two years later the Houston, Texas native returns with the release his highly anticipated debut film, The American Dream.

The film documents the journey of one mans struggle to break into the music industry and his path from having a dream, to living The American Dream. The film's cast includes Clifton Powell, Tamala Jones, Reynaldo Ray and introducing Chantal Nicole and Mike Jones, as himself. The DVD hits stores in the U.S. on Tuesday November 20 and is accompanied by a 6-track EP which includes new music and the previous hit singles, Still Tippin and Back Then.

The American Dream movie is set to premiere on BET's Black Buster film series on November 16 at 8pm (et/pt), being repeated on December 7. Mike Jones will also be appearing on BET’s 106^th & Park studio on November 16 to chat with fans, as well as BET’s Rap City on Tuesday November 20 to promote the DVD release.

The newly leaked single Crunch 'n Munch, produced by Mr. Collipark, is currently building up a buzz as Mike prepares for his sophomore release, The Voice of the Streets, due out in early 2008.
