After the success of his fourth album - The Red Light District, Ludacris has put together a full-length DVD to showcase the album's most popular tracks, but more importantly investigate the nature of Amsterdam's ‘Red Light District'.

The DVD opens with perhaps the most popular song from the album, if not, the most suited track to the album title Number One Spot. Poll dancers, and two women in a bathtub who happen to have lesbian tendencies then entertain us. Joy!

The DVD isn't just a musical journey. It also showcases the many aspects of Amsterdam and its lively nightlife. Luda uses the famous Nickel Street (a street of window shops showcasing prostitutes, and names accordingly for its cheap deals) to shoot a video for the song The Potion . Two lucky prostitutes are included in the video, obviously showing off their ‘product'. It's at this point that I realise, “Damn I gotta go to Amsterdam !”

At times Luda talks to the crowd letting them know how much the rest of the world look up to their little, yet popular town. “Make some noise because we gonna take this back to the states and we want everybody to be seen … everybody gonna see how yall get down cuz alotta mutha f**kers wanna come over here and smoke weed and they can't even do it. So its time to represent with all the ladies and the best weed in the world!” Surprisingly the crowd don't react too quickly, and are a bit slow… Maybe it's me.

What follows is something similar to a documentary. The cameras follow Ludacris to a local café to explore the subject of selling weed. Watch for the menu of the ten different types of weed you can order. The song Blueberry Yum Yum is played while Ludacris visits a weed factory. The documentary's theme again continues as Ludacris chats with Amsterdam 's most wealthy, female pimp about running an online peep show, and more interestingly to the owner of the above-mentioned weed-processing factory. The guy makes weed sound professional when he says, “I've been to Africa , Russia , Asia , and many other places, putting the best weed strains together to create the ultimate high.” If he's not the Dr. Evil of Weed then I'm not high enough!

It's at this point I enforce my earlier comment and ring the travel place to organise a trip to Amsterdam … Tomorrow.

The Red Light District covers the political, and enjoyable aspects of Amsterdam 's ‘Red Light District'. The videos, DVD extras and documentary style look at the world's naughtiest playground. It's because of this I've had to give it two individual ratings.

If you're male: Four stars.

If you're a conservative, elderly, political, moral, do-gooding member of the community: DO NOT WATCH THIS!!!

Best Bits: Ludacris stoned and making unfunny jokes.

Let down: Sound quality and the actual feature only goes for 41 minutes (including credits). Surely you could just cut in some more shots of prostitutes, and marijuana plants and nobody would notice!
